Biography:
Furber joined Nomads for the 2006/07 season. Took a few games to get settled, but looked to be a useful acquisition, forging a good partnership with Jas Cripps in defence when called upon. Furber made his final appearance in the Division Two Cup semi-final loss to Paulton Rovers, admitting soon after that he’d rather watch the games than play in them, stating that he hated it if he made mistakes which lead to goals. Still watches the team now and again.
