Allen stepped in and helped Nomads out for a friendly against FC St. George in August 2008, a couple of weeks after his 19th birthday. The Westfield player took over in goal to take the place of the injured Luke Tucker in the 7-5 defeat. Played against Nomads three times last season and is still at Westfield, back as an outfield player.
